Shipping policy
* Large beef orders may be sent a second invoice to cover the cost of additional shipping materials. In this case, the customer will be emailed the second invoice (sent to the email account used during checkout). Your order will not be shipped until the second invoice has been paid.
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using ice packs and or dry ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.We currently ship orders on Mondays (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 8am Pacific Time on the shipping day in order to be reviewed for processing and and shipping that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.

Beef Pickup Policy
We offer free pickup for your beef order at our barn in Lebanon, OR. Pickup time is Saturdays from 9 am - 12 noon. You can select Pick Up during your checkout process. We will contact you when your order is ready.
